An update on today's LTD release

Many of you couldn't log in, open the Shop or buy the Cursed Dragon Lamp today. Here's what we know so far.

As the LTD went live earlier today, lots of players couldn't log in, open the Shop or complete their purchase, on both desktop and mobile, across several hotels.

We're really sorry. We know a lot of Habbos planned for this and it didn't go the way it should have.

What happened

A technical problem with one of our background services slowed down logins and the Shop across several hotels. Our team has found the cause and is working on a fix. We're still investigating exactly what triggered it.

Your credits and diamonds

Some of you have seen your credits or diamonds showing as 0. We're checking this as a priority, but it seems as if the problem may have already resolved itself.

What happens next

We've read all of your messages and we're looking at what's realistically possible, how the LTD sale went, and what we can do about what happened today. We'll explain our decisions clearly in our next update.
